What is Project Hope?
Project Hope OutReach Ministries is the vision God has given Pastor and Beverly Gilbert for the Island and
people of beautiful St. Croix, US, Virgin Islands. It is a vision that "Bridges the Gap" between the church and the
community.
Project Hope reaches out beyond the walls of the church building and into the community. In the short time
that we have been in St. Croix we have heard and recognized the needs of the people in our surrounding
community of Frederiksted.
We believe that by working with the local schools, courts and many Social Service Agencies, together we can
make an impact and help meet some of the many needs of the people. By reaching out and touching one life at
a time, we can accomplish the work that the Lord has sent us here to do.
Our Mission is to be able to impact the community holistically. Spiritually, by sharing the Gospel of Jesus with
them; Physically, by helping the needy in the community through our clothing and food pantry ministry; Mentally,
reaching out to those who are struggling with substances, anger-management, and abusive relationships.
How Can This Be Accomplished?
This can be accomplished by offering programs and assistance in the areas that people are seeking the most
of. It is necessary to offer programs beneficial to not only the church but the community as well.

The main purpose and objective of our Ministry is to help others help themselves. Helping the children become
better students academically, and helping adults lead more productive and prosperous lives.
